"Had a feeling the fit wasn’t quite right"
The parts themselves looked decent when I opened the box, but as soon as I started lining everything up, my gut told me it wasn’t going to fit right. Sure enough, the fitment was off for my car and I had to do a bit of modifying to make it work. Not the end of the world, but definitely annoying.

At first the parts looked decent, but the finish started wearing off way sooner than I expected. The fitment wasn’t very clean either, so I had to mess with it more than I should have. It’s not completely terrible, but for the price I was expecting better quality. Kind of had that feeling where once it showed up, they made it my problem to deal with

"Ordering was an adventure, apparently"
I tried placing an order on whiteline.com.au and, wow, what a smooth and relaxing experience... if you enjoy slow-loading pages and a checkout that feels like it was designed to test your patience. I wasn’t even sure my order had actually gone through at first, which really added to the excitement. Not exactly keen to go through that again.

"Didn’t last as long as I expected"
I picked up some Whiteline parts because a friend had recommended them and I figured they’d be a solid upgrade. At first they seemed fine, but after just a few months the bushings were already looking worn, and the ride actually started feeling worse than it did before.
I’m not hard on the car either, just normal street driving, so I really expected them to hold up better for the price. Disappointing overall, and I don’t think I’d buy them again.

"Noticed a Clear Tradeoff in Ride Comfort"
After driving with it for a bit, I started noticing the same pattern every day: the handling definitely feels sharper, especially around corners, but the ride has gotten a lot harsher on my normal commute. Little bumps and rough patches stand out way more now, so while it performs better, it’s not as comfortable for daily driving.

"Not really worth it"
I paid more than I thought I would. The quality just didn’t feel worth the price. I’ve seen similar stuff for less elsewhere. Disappointing overall.

"Heads up: support was frustrating"
Just a warning for anyone relying on tech support here, my experience wasn’t great. I reached out about an issue, but the replies took a while and didn’t really solve anything. I had to explain the same problem multiple times, and in the end I was still stuck. Disappointing overall

"Warranty return was a pain"
I bought a Whiteline part and it was fine at first, but after a few months I ran into an issue with it. The part itself seemed decent enough, so I wasn’t too worried at the start... but the warranty side ended up being more hassle than I expected :/
The returns process wasn’t super clear, and I had to keep chasing for updates, which got frustrating. It did get sorted eventually, but it wasn’t a great experience 😕

"Kind of a pain to get set up"
Installing this was way more frustrating than I expected. It took me awhile to figure out what I was doing, and the instructions didnt really help much. Once it was done it was fine, but getting there was a pain

"Didnt really help the handling much"
I picked these up hoping the car would feel a bit tighter, but to be honest I barely noticed any difference in the handling. For what I paid, it just wasnt worth it to me. Disappointed overall

"Shipping was painfully slow"
I ordered from Whiteline thinking it would show up quickly, but the shipping was just way too slow. Like, really slow. The tracking barely changed, so I kept having to check it myself over and over, which got annoying. The product itself might be alright, but the wait was frustrating, and the lack of updates made it feel even longer. I just don’t think I’d be in a hurry to order again if the shipping is going to take that long.

"When the box showed up crushed..."
When the box showed up crushed, I immediately had a bad feeling about it. Sure enough, the parts were loose inside and it just didn’t seem like much care went into packing it before shipping. Maybe the product itself is fine, but my first impression wasn’t great at all.
